
Omelette with shrimp (or tuna) and broccoli
I discovered a very tasty omelette that I can eat twice a day. I'm sharing it with you.
Can I eat potatoes while slimming? Of course you can!

Sauté the ground meat with grated carrot, onion, sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cool. Add the greens.
Mash the boiled potatoes. Add the egg, flour, salt and spices and knead the dough.
Place the dough in an oiled mould and form the base of the tart with the edges.
Place the fried meat with mushrooms and vegetables on the base.
Whisk the eggs with the egg white and culinary curd "Baltais". Add salt and spices and pour over the meat.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
