Ingredients for the tart dough (mould diameter 28 cm)
 1 Egg
 800 g Boiled potatoes
 50 g Flour (I use rice flour)
 Salt, pepper
 2 g Oil for greasing the mould
Ingredients for filling
 400 g Turkey fillet mince
 250 g Mushrooms
 180 g Carrot
 115 g Onion
 80 g 10% cheese
 30 g Greens
 20 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices to your liking
Ingredients for the Topping
 4 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 100 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 Salt, pepper
Directions

Sauté the ground meat with grated carrot, onion, sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cool. Add the greens.

Mash the boiled potatoes. Add the egg, flour, salt and spices and knead the dough.

Place the dough in an oiled mould and form the base of the tart with the edges.

Place the fried meat with mushrooms and vegetables on the base.

Whisk the eggs with the egg white and culinary curd "Baltais". Add salt and spices and pour over the meat.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
