 350 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 100 g Sweet cream (35%)
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for Cranberry Jam
 380 g Cranberries
 120 g Water
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for Grilled oatmeal
 30 g Oat flakes
 15 g Honey
Directions

Put the berries in a saucepan with water, and sweetener, cook, and whisk with a blender. Set aside to cool.

Fry the oat flakes with honey. (I used a calorie-free oil spray).

Beat the ingredients of the white cream (optional sweetener can be added if necessary).

Put it in one dessert plate/glass (if for 2 servings): 1/4 cranberry jam, 1/4 white cream, 10 g fried oat flakes. Repeat everything again.

Repeat the same to make the second portion.
