Pizza with chicken fillet, mushrooms and vegetables (without flour and eggs)
I thought I could make a delicious and healthy pizza for lunch. Here it is.
This is something unique! I will tell you that this dish could be served in the best restaurants! I definitely recommend trying it!
First, make the sauce from the avocado - peel, cut, grind and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add yogurt, kefir, sliced basil, dill, garlic, salt, spices.
Blend all the ingredients of the sauce thoroughly. The spices can be "adjusted" to suit each individual taste.
Finished paste - grate zucchini on a special grater, or finely cut into strips with a knife.
Put in a large bowl, add salt, lemon pepper, spices and mix everything.
Put zucchini in a well-heated pan and fry for ~ 8-10 minutes. If there is a lot of excess liquid, then drain it.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and add.
Add the avocado sauce and mix everything.
Well, let it taste good!
You can definitely add pieces of shrimp or chicken fillet to it.
