
Pearl couscous with salmon and vegetables
If you don't have much time, but dinner time is almost here, a tasty salmon dish can quickly come together.
Something incredibly simple and divinely delicious, because I love anything with cheese -:)

Blend the egg with cottage cheese into a homogeneous mass.
Add grated cheese, flour, herbs, and spices.
Pour the mixture into a frying pan lightly greased with oil, spread and fry on both sides under a lid at a VERY LOW temperature.
