
Oven-baked vegetables
One of my top dishes is oven-baked vegetables. Well, very delicious!
Bun or pretzel? Ehh, doesn't matter, it's delicious!

Add 1 egg and the white of 1 egg to the curd (leave the yolk for spreading) and beat.
Add the grated cheese, dill, sliced tomatoes and flour mixed with baking powder. Add salt and spices of your choice.
Knead the dough and divide it into 2-4 equal parts. This time I divided it into 4 parts. With wet hands, shape into pretzels or buns (the thicker the buns, the longer it will take to bake).
Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds.
Place in a preheated oven at 175 °C and bake for ~30-35 minutes until golden brown.
