 350 g Skimmed milk curd
 300 g Fat curd cream Alma
 300 g Natural yogurt Kārums
 100 g Raspberries
 100 g Blueberries
 50 g Papaya candies
 50 g Ginger candies
 50 g Raisins
 15 g Gelatin for light cream (if you want a firmer cream, you need to put more: ~ 30g)
Preparation

Curd is blended with cottage cheese cream and yogurt.

Add berries, candies. Stir the dissolved gelatin in a hot water bath.
