Sweetly sinful are these white chocolate and pistachio paste baskets with puffed millet. The key is not to get too excited.

Melt the white chocolate.
Add the pistachio paste and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Add the puffed grains, and stir until all the grains are coated with the chocolate-pistachio mixture.
Spread the mixture into silicone muffin tins (or spoon the 'scones' onto baking paper).
Put in the refrigerator to freeze.
