 150 g Fresh raspberries
 100 g Low-fat cottage cheese (or 200 g of cottage cheese - then without yogurt)
 100 g Natural yogurt "Actifeel Greek style"
 60 g Whole grain bread (or galettes 60 g)
 12 g Honey
 Sweetener if necessary

Mix cottage cheese with yogurt and sweetener.

Put the cottage cheese on the bun. Top with fresh raspberries. Pour honey over them (6 g for each bun).
