I've wanted to make these for a long time. Or soft biscuits. Either way, perfect for breakfast.

 2 Eggs
 125 g Skimmed milk curd
 75 g Whole oat flakes
 40 g Dried apricots
 20 g Dried cranberries
 ½ g Baking powder
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener of your choice
Directions

Beat the eggs with the curd. Cut the apricots into small pieces.

Add the oats and dried fruit to the curd and form into small loaves (I put them into small 8cm tart tins).

Place in a preheated oven at 175 °C and bake for ~30-40 min.
