Apple Pie with Vanilla (with protein)

Another incredibly delicious apple pie. A great way to treat yourself and your loved ones.

Ingredients (baking tin size 26 x 40 cm)
 4 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 500 g Apples (I use Antonovka apples)
 200 g 'Lakto' yoghurt with wild strawberries
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Whey protein with vanilla flavour
 60 g Erythritol
 40 g Corn starch
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Vanilla sugar, cinnamon sugar (on top)
Directions

Whisk the eggs with the egg whites and erythritol until the mixture increases significantly in volume.

Add curd, sweetener and blend until the mixture becomes smooth.

Add cornstarch, protein, vanilla, baking powder, and blend everything again.

Peel the apples, cut them into thin slices (or cut them by hand), and mix them into the dough.

Pour the batter into a baking tin and bake in the oven at ~165–170 °C for ~45–50 minutes.
