Millet/rice galettes with chocolate and dried fruit

Something new and incredibly delicious! And yes - as a snack of this kind, it has very good nutritional value.

Ingredients
 100 g Sugar-free chocolate "RED" with oranges and almonds
 50 g Puffed millet (or wholemeal rice)
 50 g Dried cranberries
 50 g Dried apricots (or any other dried fruit/berries)
 2 tbsp Fresh orange juice
Directions

Finely chop the apricots and cranberries. Mix with the millet and orange juice.

Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath, or in the microwave ( in pulses of 20 seconds and stirring).

Mix the chocolate with the millet and dried fruit.

Form round galettes on the baking paper using a metal ring (8-10 cm diameter): place ~2 spoonfuls of the mixture in the ring and compact thoroughly. Remove the ring and form the next galette.

Place in the fridge to let the chocolate harden.
