 1 Tortilla medium (60g)
 200 g Chicken fillet mince
 70 g 10% cheese
 3 g Oil
 2 Cherry tomatoes
 Salt, pepper, crushed garlic

Add salt, pepper, garlic and other spices of your choice to the chicken mince and mix everything.

Apply the minced meat to the tortilla with wet hands and spread it out. Place in a preheated frying pan (meat-side down) and fry over a low heat for 10-12 minutes.

In the meantime, grate the cheese.

Turn the tortilla over using a plate, top with the cherry tomatoes cut into 4 pieces and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
