 3 Boiled eggs
 285 g Canned green peas
 200 g Chinese cabbage
 130 g Canned tuna in its own juice
 80 g 10% cheese (or Cheeseman or other lean cheese up to 20%)
 80 g Scallions
 200 g Hellmans Lighter 3% mayonnaise (or natural yogurt 180 g + 20 g mustard)
 Salt, pepper, greens
Directions

Cut the Chinese cabbage and grate the eggs.

Drain the excess liquid from the canned tuna and green peas and add them to the salad.

Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Mix everything up!
