Gingerbread cake for the festive mood

 2 Pack of "Selga" Gingerbread (2 x 180g)
 1 l Skimmed milk kefir
 100 g Dried cranberries
 40 g Gelatin
Directions

Grind gingerbread in a food processor.

Add kefir, add cranberries.

Swell gelatin in cold water. Then melt it in a hot water bath and stir in the gingerbread - kefir mass.

Put in the refrigerator to freeze. Decorate to your heart 's content (I'm with the same gingerbread).
