Big Hachapuri with greens
You can eat khachapuri at any time of the day. It is always delicious and very nourishing.
We're having pizza again. Oh well, what can we do – we like them. But healthy ones, of course.

Put 200 g of the flour mixture into a bowl. Add 110 g of water with 20 g of oil. Knead the dough and set aside for ~20 minutes.
Place the dough on a baking tray and roll it out into a thin layer.
Cut the chicken fillet, tomatoes, and onions.
Grate the cheese and cut the Dor Blue cheese into small pieces.
Spread the ajika over the pizza base.
Arrange the chicken fillet, tomatoes, and onions on top and bake in the oven at ~175-180 °C for ~25-30 minutes, until almost done.
Remove the pizza from the oven, spread both cheeses on top and return to the oven for ~10 minutes to melt the cheese.
