I really enjoyed getting involved in this project because I got completely different thinking about proper nutrition. I used to be the "smartest" and didn't eat as much as I do now, overloading myself with running and exercising, as a result of which I completed my knees and back but my previous weight stood still.
After this project, I have realized that it is necessary to eat in order to lose weight, that it is not necessary to exclude some fictional products from my diet in order to get the desired result. All the recipes were new to me, because I hadn't eaten many dishes like vrap or solanka for so long (I always give up such dishes because a lot of fat, etc.).
I will definitely continue what I have started, only I have not applied to the independent group yet, because I have no problem controlling my weight, the only thing that is unfortunate is that I will not have any questions I was used to ☺️ But if there is a question, I will definitely join the main group! 🙂

During the whole project, my leg never “slipped”, because every day it seemed that I was overeating, I almost always excluded snacks from the diet and I also excluded dinner three times, because I really didn't have the strength to eat it all 😅

But I admit that I haven't cooked my life as much as when I followed the menu. In addition, I am an insane sweetie, and it is better to make something from sweet dishes. Then the hand after the store chocolate will not stretch. Since I really like math, I weigh and count everything, including chocolate, that I used to eat. Although we have not been able to lose weight so well lately, the steady decline was from February to September last year, a total of about 14kg. Greetings to all! I weigh 81.2kg today, 800g since last week. On weekends, deviate from the menu and take care of the weight. Just before the holidays I weighed and the scales created a wonderful figure, I had lost close to 4kg, now 2.1kg today, I am not sad, I am happy and I intend to continue in this spirit. Good morning, 71.7. A little over a month ago (weight 77 kg) I tried the free 3-day menu posted by DietasABC. The weight melted perfectly, so I decided to apply for a 4-week menu. I was surprised by the large amount of food to eat during the day. I understood my biggest stumbling block to the diet: I had a symbolic breakfast at work, around 11 p.m., and when I returned home after 6 p.m. Now, following the 5-meal regime and having lunch around 1.30pm and an afternoon snack around 4pm, I return home after eating and I can expect dinner🙂. I like Ineta's recipes. Delicious and hearty. For the first couple of weeks, I stuck to the menu quite strictly. Now stop by the amount of calories and choose what you want more and how much time to cook. I recorded all the calorie dishes with meals down to the smallest detail in Samsung health. All this time I prepare for myself, and for my family, so a lot of new impressions for all of us. As I have not reached the desired weight, I will continue in the core group. So far, I have not been addicted to diets, and following a few quick diets, I felt physically ill, had stomach problems, and the weight with the plus returned quite soon. Following this diet, I feel comfortable, do not feel hungry and the body accepts it well. This fits me perfectly. I was very skeptical about this measure, because, firstly, I did not cook it myself, and secondly, it is relatively strict, I can get rid of lettuce leaves for a long time in order to get off the extra kg I ate during the winter. Third, I don't believe in diets. To my surprise, I have started cooking, I even like it for a while. For the first time in my life, I boiled solanka, which was also eaten by other family members. I didn't stick to the daily plan, because it's hard to put me in such frames, but I counted the calories - the main thing is not to exceed what was planned. The break was just a trip to Italy, but not to drink wine or pizza in Italy - you can't sin like that. Overall, I'm very happy because the weight is going down. The whole thing is made easier for me by the fact that the husband is preparing for himself and his son. A recommendation to others, I understand that if you want to lose extra kg, you have to limit your alcohol - also wine. It's not so crazy about keeping those calories (well, bikis are), but it greatly stimulates the appetite. In general, the challenge is definitely one that is accessible and understandable to the average person, which is very good. There are not many "protein recipes" and all kinds of complicated miracles. The dishes are simple and easy to prepare.

However, the most pleasant surprise for me was the change in waist circumference - 7 cm. My report-I feel fantastic and I'm so happy to jump on this train at the last minute, it's Sunday night, before Monday's start and quite by chance 😍🤗 Total -6.1 kg per month and all this eating at least 4 times a day (most often however, I got 1 snack omitted). I also sin, including with alcohol, but the result is still very pleasing and I am already in the main group and I will definitely continue, I repeat the same menu this week. Edu 4 times a day, a meal around 500 kcal last is 22.00. Lots of bills myself and I do (before this idea to reduce the amount of food very much on this things German info). There are also a lot of restaurants, etc., but it is difficult with all that. Ineta's hat off for the work you do I understand how difficult it is, etc. But honestly the taste of the food we differ in the menu will continue to include soup with smoked salmon and dried tomato salad. But I have now researched the recipes and have figured out which I will try again 😊. I will continue the core group because that is the incentive to do so. We work on menus and they are definitely not what they were, a year ago. 🤗 About the cons:
1) I understand you about their product list, however it is very complicated. Because you know, you don't all have one menu. If it were, there would be no problem. I don't want to excuse myself, but I want to see what my work looks like from the inside 🤗.
You are very different in your group and the menus are 1200,1300,1400,1500,1600,1700,1800,2000 and 2200 kcal, depending on your age, height, sports you eat and what you don't eat.
So, these are 9 different calorie menus for 4 weeks. So they should have a total of 36 different weeks. Plus 30 menus for 4 weeks are "Special" - for those who do not eat anything (for example, meat, or avocado, or tuna, etc., or do not live in Latvia. So, 30 x 4 = there are another 120 different weeks…. 120 + 36 = 156 different weeks and 156 lists of products. Agree, it's not small and the work would be thorough. and I made a delicious new recipe, I want to share it with my participants - and I try to put it on the menus as well. ready-to-use product lists 😏🤔 But! ☝️ We are working on it.

Despite the fact that I live only 1/2 of the project on the right diet, in the third week I started to go to the gym, in the beginning only 2x a week, but the plans and goals are… Once I get acquainted with the trainers, how to do everything muscles and do without injuries, one day I will go alone to the gym without a coach 💪🏼. The biggest fight for me was - Kinder eggs so as not to upset the son. He has such a good heart that he always shares chocolate with his mother. Did you eat? ”“ It was my sin on the menu. ” The food is delicious, the man with one tooth is starting to covet certain dishes. I have decided to challenge myself and try to continue on my own, if I can't, I will look up Ineta. Only the best of these 4 weeks and I will definitely recommend Ineta if anyone asks me. I liked that there is no feeling of hunger, that sometimes it was not possible to eat everything, but kg is lost, which is what you could want even more.

I feel proud to be able to make something so delicious (it's nothing that I pull my finger along with the recipe: D) and everything works even for me with both hands left. Glad that it is fast and not difficult to cook. I will admit that I used to change things a bit (there was no pumpkin, I added broccoli, etc.). Thursday is 2 weeks old and weighs 3.5 kg today. Anything left over, curd, for example, is eaten by my cat with a delicious mouth. In general, my cat - Marshmallow, likes to taste everything from this menu. I will definitely repeat this menu for another month to learn the new recipes better, but later I would like another new menu for variety. Did I mention I'm excited? :))

The most amazing thing for me is that I now eat more and more regularly, but the weight is falling. That's what's incredible. Because when I confine myself, I never paid attention not to skip meals - I always enjoy every hour when I don't want to eat, and then it was usually hard and painful for the evening. So my no.1 surprise - eat well from morning to night and everything will happen.
It is also a pleasure to make cupcakes that do not have to be missed with coffee - there are also delicious snacks, you don't just have to gnaw carrots.
Another pleasure is that I can cook for several days ahead and when it is not enough, I will still have food prepared in the refrigerator, I will not have to worry about what I do not have to worry about.

Smart scales, which are not as smart (as professional), say that I have also lost 1% from "body fat" and "lean body mass" and 2% - "subcutaneous fat". In turn, increased by 1% protein and muscle. I also send my weight curve. 🙂 I am one of those who weigh every day. There was a man on my support team who didn't bother with conch. I assume he took too few calories, from the 2nd week onwards he took more than enough calories, but it was not possible to eat it all. His weight has fallen by about 8 to 10 kg. If before the project I thought I wasn't eating too many eggs (almost every morning two), then it turns out I can do even more. I liked that the menu was quite rich, often I couldn't eat everything, I wouldn't stick to such classic diets for even three days and I don't see the point in that either. I especially chose the gradual, not the fast program. This month I have earned my life record in cooking! - I was also worried about it in the beginning, because I wouldn't like to cook. But the fact that the man joined made him motivated. It's cool to have a program where you can't starve and lose weight at the same time. There is also diversity. Sometimes it seemed like a monotonous 3 days for one recipe or I didn't like a product, but Ineta showed me how to choose others from her recipes for which the product can be changed - that's why freedom was so important to me. I wouldn't want to eat completely "on paper". Although I was quite educated about nutrition, there are still new things and habits that I want to continue. And there are those where I think I can add something to suit more of my and my family's sense of taste and desire for the consistency of the food. Of course, I'm glad there were sweets. Though they would have eaten three instead of 1 cup. It is cool that it is also written what to do if there is a party or sip of alcohol - there is no such program of saints, but it also affects real life. 🙂 Thank you!

Went to me like in the mountains. The first 3 days were the most difficult - realizing with a lot of kcal, often large portions, but the will to eat. And then the discussion begins with yourself - whether you really want to eat, whether the habit requires "chewing", or fatigue - Thank you @Ineta Rijniece for support - in addition to another snack with salad, the egg was exactly what was missing. The recipes are cool, I keep, but increasing the amount of kcal in the initial calculations and increasing the amount of vegetables in all meals - I need a lot and I recommend warm, aromatic food - curry in different variations is exactly what is needed 🙂 Of course, cupcakes are also fantastic, gradually moving from hiding to 3x servings and more frequent baking - so that all healthy delicacies are enough 🥳
