🎄 During this crazy holiday week, I lost 0, but in total (65.6) -1.4 kg. Including the last week was chaotic when I could superficially follow the menu. Conclusion: if the conditions are met, the movement of the difficult last kilograms also takes place. I am happy. Thankful for new recipes and ideas. I'm glad that Ineta teaches how to lose weight by eating, because until now, losing weight has been associated with eternal hunger, hunger and exhaustion. My summary of this project - the beginning was excellent. Each morning was with a smile on his face, stepping on the scale. From the initial weight, it was really -4kg even. And then the holiday season started 🙈 (my husband's birthday, name day and Christmas and New Year 🙉😵💫), but I wore the dress I wanted to the work party. That was my original goal and I achieved it.
I guess it was unnecessary to deceive myself that in these many holidays I will be able to stand in the winds of peace above all temptations. I couldn't 🙈. My girlfriends also told me that I'm stupid to start something like that right in December. But I don't regret it for a moment.
I can definitely say that this daily menu was really ok for me. This was no fasting, absolutely not. If something didn't quite suit my taste buds... I combined it. Did you forget to buy something? I have my own discoveries during this project (e.g. bread, I really like bread. And usually everywhere they completely exclude it from the menu, but here I could eat it. And even a slice is enough for me... it's a pleasure and my discovery that you can bread , just look at someone, how much and what composition, etc.) and my other little discoveries 😉
So my weight today, 62.8 kg, is much more than it was, but I'm not sad about it. I have been given everything to re-enter all this with all 100%mestos, which I am doing.
So the main thing is for everyone to find their own way to reach their goal, so that we all succeed 👍🥰

Hello, the first real working day after the holidays 😉😂 My result from 77 to 74.4 with all the holidays and pluses in the holiday/post-holiday weeks, but there is a result and that is the most motivating thing for me in this whole experience - it is a gamble to continue! Avocado mayonnaise is a pleasant discovery. And it wasn't like I was hungry or wanted to "get off". Various flavors and combinations on the menu - it does not remain monotonous. It's not bad at all, because I let go of holidays like Christmas with all my heart. The only thing I would give up was not eating all the time, not always having something in my mouth. When I eat, I eat to the point of bursting 🙈😂, but then I wait for the next full meal. I feel good, as I have to say, the center of gravity has not changed after the holidays 🙈😂

In total -1.5kg during the project. It's nice to be able to see my results on the "eye" and feel them in the clothes. Several colleagues complimented me that they could really see that I had lost weight. They also followed what I ate with interest😅 In general, I stuck to the menu 85%. At Christmas, of course, it was a little bad 🤭 But I am determined to continue what I started - it's like a challenge to myself 💪
One important realization - I can get by perfectly well without bread. You still have to think about drinking water. About training - the main thing is to leave the house😅 After that it's easier. Although I'll admit that there were times during group training when I silently thought to myself - I'm going to die, so who told you to stay for the second training...piii...piii...piii🤭😅

I eat strictly according to the menu, only at breakfast sometimes I can't eat everything, the portion seems too big. The water is also drinking quite well. Good morning! I will have lost 2.4 kg during the project. All in all, this was and still is a difficult time - huge stress at work, still lingering autumn depression with inability to persuade myself to move more. But I slowly crawled out of this situation. It's hard to go with drinking water, but what I have gained is a different approach to cooking. Other eating habits begin to form. Since I have a lot of extra kg and need discipline (weekly weighing does not allow me to skip too much) and inspiration, I will continue to be together in the January group as well. For me personally, it is a valuable experience with putting different food products on one "plate" and understanding their portion sizes for myself. These weeks before the holidays were easy for me personally, I didn't even feel the feeling of hunger, nothing drastic (aside from the fact that I really wanted some unhealthy treat) - so I wasn't sad about what came after the holidays, because it's much less than at the beginning of Dec starting this "project" 😉

As for the challenge, I really liked when there were addressees with recipes that could be changed at the beginning of the 1st week of recipes. And it's nice when you can cook for several days. As for tearing them off, well, there were none at all, only those melons and watermelons, which grew by themselves and were unimaginably delicious, but those 3 slices of the old one were not enough. I didn't lose kg until then. But it's also good, I got fruits and the weight is gradually falling.😊

When I signed up for the challenge, I thought about it for at least 2 months. I was a little pessimistic, not about losing weight, but about the fact that any of the food would taste good. My mother has been living with Ineta's recipes for a couple of years now, and as I mentioned at the beginning, when I go to visit, I eat the healthy cupcakes with condensed milk, because it's tastier! 🤦♀️😅
In general, I am a person who has never thought about what and how much I eat and my weight has always stayed within 51-53kg (height 1.62m) with all the condensed milk 😁
And then, starting from the spring, due to circumstances known to me (let it stay with me), until August my weight increased to 59.5 kg, needless to say how much discomfort I was in. And that also prompted me + my mother's encouragement to apply for Ineta's September challenge. And here I am, minus 4.5 kg and very little to the absolute goal.
And more!!! My expectations were not met, so far I have not cooked anything that I did not like! And it is colossal! I think that even when I return to my usual weight, I will definitely use a lot of Ineta's recipes on a daily basis, easy to understand, convenient, etc. If Ineta could come up with something much less healthy that tastes like condensed milk, then it would be excellent! 😅

The biggest advantage for me is that I always say that I understand something is right, because until then I didn't know how much the day is for me, it counts to get there, not how much I take. I haven't read the entire menu, there were some that I immediately threw away, because it's just not mine and I had to eat one and the same passport several times, you can't really do that. I focus more on calories. I greatly underestimated the maneuverability of the menu card. Vairaki edieni is definitely my life to palixan. Now I plan to dedicate every day to the proper development of the blog, in order to complete a menu according to my taste, because I see there a lot of recipes that appeal to me. There are conclusions about what specifically leads me to be overweight - sweets and lack of planning, because then I eat everything at hand without thinking at all. There was also the fact that I wanted to be healthier, but there was a lack of ideas and a lack of understanding of how to combine them. Now you've got the idea that you've had a few nights and also a lot of recipes, you just have to stick to it and work it out. You really like counting calories, planning your stay, making a list for the store, it's no longer the case that you enter the store and don't know what to buy now. The minus is that, at least for the time being, it's all in the preparation stage, it takes a lot of my time, but I hope that a lot of things will go in automatically and it will be easier. Even though I have sobrid run off the right track, I will recover and of course I will continue, because I want to learn that it is a way of life, not a campaign. Hello dear girls! My first experience with this project was a couple of years ago. The weight both then and this time was 90 kg. Years ago I finished the project with 83.5 kg, this time I finished the project with 82.9 kg. Probably someone will wonder why the weight returned, does this project really help to get rid of excess weight? My answer is – the project HELPS AND WORKS! But my laziness to cook, it is faster and easier to eat something ready, or buns is what helps the extra kg to "come back" quickly. This inferior food does not give a feeling of satiety for a long time, so something else is eaten, etc. Ineta discovered new products for me that I would not have even looked at, let alone bought and eaten. But now, thanks to Ineta's professionalism and knowledge, I have a complete menu for the month that I can vary and adapt to myself. And not only for yourself, but also for the whole family. The food that I had prepared for myself, but could not eat for one reason or another, was condemned with the greatest joy by the family. This time it is very difficult for me, and without this nice group, I think I would have given up a long time ago. And our motorbike - Inetas. I have been losing weight campaign-like for 35 years. Always with success, of course, but I don't even want to remember the way I achieved it. The previous time was in 2015, when I lost 16 kg in 4 months (for my daughter's wedding) and reached my target weight of 68 kg. Then there was only OB and vegetables, brrr... I didn't make it - the pandemic came with housework, huge stress, disrupted lifestyle, personal life problems, depressed mood, workout clothes instead of stylish clothes (because there's nowhere to go) and the only thing that brought me back to my senses was ICE CREAM. And so that only and only - at all meals and in every snack. And not the little waffle cups, the ones on one tooth. And then the homecoming ended…. But I'm not particularly sad - I renewed my wardrobe and thought, what can I do, what can I do at my age anymore... I know how to hide what can't be shown with clothes, and what I see in the mirror at home is nothing - I'll go quickly, they won't notice. It was quite a long time until I saw myself getting dressed in the barber's chair... Oh, you dad, this life! Hit the hook, no, no matter where you hit it, it's strong! Well, and you know what's next - at first I dropped a bit at the pace of "Drop the excess" at a turtle's pace, now I'm kneading here step by step. Today I want to share my impressions.
For 9 days I am/was out of diet/balanced eating. In this project, I was not so much interested in losing extra pounds as in learning how to eat properly.
Of course, this is time-consuming work and discipline. But I am pleasantly surprised by how filling the food is and I don't feel like snacking. I'm sorry Ineta, but I ate a bigger portion because it's so delicious😔. However, I try to stay within the allowed calories.
I don't get 5 meals, only 3.
I still need to work on drinking water.
I have a long way to go to learn how to eat properly, but I am glad that I applied for this project.🙏

I want to continue participating in the group because I have to learn how to cook and eat food at the table.
Usually I don't have time for this and everything happens while running.
In this project, my husband prepares these dishes for me, because I told him that when I reach my desired weight and give up sweets and bread, I will be happy. He wants to see a happy wife at home 😄.
We can't cook food quickly, where it says 30 minutes, it takes us 1.5 hours. Very time consuming work, but worth it.
Definitely, these 3.5 weeks have been different than usual for me, in a good way.

It's not the first time we've had a 'pipe on the roof', my husband quickly grows both muscle and fat mass and it's enough to ruin the buns... That's why we try to stick to some limits every day, but usually it ended with the menu remaining in the repertoire for 1 week , which is boring. I really liked the Back in shape menu, but that's how this project ended up, I just got bored in the end. It is clear that we will never introduce everything, because everyone has their own products in their house, which they like more and which we eat less, so the list that we prepared shrank from month to week and in the end disappeared completely. The 'co-pregnancy' and then the covid caused a lot of trouble, the husband still didn't start going to the gym. Now, of course, those 105 come with consequences, and they want to gather again.
So far, I really like that the preparation is quick, easy and can be done as a meal prep.
Plus, everything is really tasty! We tried a bit to cook from the recipes on the website many years ago, but at that time we were not really cool with the recipes and I remember that there was a lot of oatmeal and chicken fillet. At the moment, both on the page and in the menu, there is more opportunity to vary the recipes, and when everything shortens to a week, I will be able to fill that frame again with other ideas. Or maybe the stars just aligned and I see other possibilities as well 🙂
In any case, there is inspiration, there is no hunger, but there will be results 💪

Feeling very good! For now, nothing is happening, what's on the menu is enough! I like salty food for breakfast - that's why this week's breakfast is very tasty! I like tortillas the most - quick, convenient to take with me to work if I didn't manage to eat at home.
Today I am sitting and thinking about how to deliciously include butter beans in a meal!

In terms of eating, the week has passed very easily, because I was at work all the time, hopefully it will be the same during the holidays.
My menu now has products that I have passed by in the store, the same protein yogurts, I didn't even know what they were 🤦♀️

I feel very good, I haven't been hungry for a single day, sometimes it's even hard to eat that portion. And neither sweets nor fats are required.
This is completely different eating than I used to eat before.
I prepared the food for the next day the night before. I boil the same porridge in the morning, then heat it up in the morning.
The scales show encouraging results, I hope it will be the same in the future.😊
I stick strictly to the menu, I'm afraid to change dishes again, I really don't understand it all yet.

I'm not doing so well this week - four parties! But in comparison, I behave politely during parties. Sweets are not required. I change recipes from place to place. Loved the cottage cheese/apple lavash. And for lunch there are vegetable stews with chicken fillet (because there are good vegetables in the garden at the moment). The banana/date cupcake was very tasty. And I will try the “chia pudding” soon. There are times when you don't think about/go to the store, then you really like an oat pancake, because its ingredients are always at home.

In total, 3.45 kg is removed. A very useful project for me personally to understand how to make a menu correctly in order to lose weight healthily. My family also "pulled" along. Many recipes to stay! If I followed everything exactly, then the weight dropped better, there was no feeling of hunger, and I didn't "pull" on unhealthy snacks at all. Unfortunately, in the last weeks, there were several break-ups, so an excellent result was missed. But in general I am very satisfied! Thank you!

I was on vacation for a week in another country, where unfortunately I ended up sinning a lot.
It was very good until the vacation, the weight maybe came off less than the girths, and the overall feeling of well-being when eating according to the menu was excellent + there are sports + vacuum massages and the visual result is very visible, even though the weight is not pleasing. Therefore, I continue in the August group and with full dedication😇

In general, I lost 2.8 kg during the four weeks of the project, not much, but I don't have much to lose either. I know I will get to my 57-58 kg, because now I have great tools to do it with. The most valuable part of the project is the acquired knowledge and understanding of proper nutrition planning. About how many grams of OB, OH and fat do I need. For these four weeks, I have eaten about 6 candies alone, and this is an unrealistically big achievement for me as a strong sweet tooth. This is what it means to eat balanced food 👏 Another benefit - I looked at products in the store that I had not paid attention to or even did not know existed. And those recipes from Ineta's blog....💕 There are so many more to try 👩🍳 Huge thanks to Ineta for the work invested, for sharing your knowledge and delicious recipes!

In total, I have lost -2.3 kg. I feel great right now! According to the feelings and clothes, you can feel it, it even seems that more has been dropped. The last 2 weeks coincided with events, so the weight loss stopped, but I will continue to use the wonderful, delicious recipes. Even though the amount of calories was not the smallest for me, hunger tormented me almost all the time. I don't know what's wrong. Maybe my very active lifestyle, or the fact that I was used to eating more.

Overall it went well. At times, despite regular meals, there was a feeling of hunger. I assume that some kind of psychological effect. I have given up sweets, I don't even remember when I ate a candy. Instead of sweets - a protein bar 😅 I coped with the menu relatively well, but there were also slips. Now courgettes and blueberries were a trip outside of Latvia as well. I have a feeling that I am on the right track. The result will not be lost, because I think to continue in that style.

My scale shows 60.1 today. I know that the minus is small, but I also know why it is like that. The wedding and the pot of solyanka cooked on the fire at the weekend did not help my weight loss, but still there is a downside to all of this 👍👏

Lost 4 kg in total. Although the last hot week was busy and had its problems (for example, the products spoiled on the way home because I was shopping while taking the baby for a walk in a stroller and the hot weather still took its toll, it was difficult to operate the oven to bake cupcakes, a few times my husband had apèdis dishes intended for me, for which I was not prepared ), I am very satisfied with the result.
The recipes on the menu were very tasty, I enjoyed the tasty dishes and did not feel any hunger.
Before I started participating in the marathon, I saw an Instagram post by Ineta that really appealed to me.
We always accomplish what is important to us in life.
If we want something in life, education, driver's license, etc. , we take our time and study and it's the same with healthy living and weight loss. It has to be learned. As is often the case in life, it takes time - read, delve deeper, discipline yourself, understand the nutritional value of food, bake, cook tasty and healthy food, exercise.
I saw this month as the beginning of the new school year.

During the 1st week, I managed to indulge in emotional eating (treats) several times and my daughter's 18th birthday party. But in general I am satisfied with the result. I want to have something else to snack on in the evenings or if I don't take a banana on the days when there is fruit, but strawberries - then very quickly I want to eat again. I think I felt stable only in the first days. In any case, I'm happy about this reporting once a week, it's very stimulating to keep yourself in some frame, it could continue for more than 1 month (reporting) until the result is achieved 😀

Total minus 5.1, a very good start. Thanks for laying the groundwork. At the moment, I've found the strength to give up sweets, but I can't give up seasonal fruits (cherries, apricots, peaches and strawberries 😻), I just control the amount I eat and enjoy every bite, instead of putting a dish next to it and eating it. It's been colorful, just like an adventure, I hope that the lost kg is not just water, but something more 🤭. In between, there were 4 days at the campsite, where eating was without much variation, picking strawberries, graduation stress and relaxation 😂, visiting the countryside and my mother-in-law - without advertising that I am limited in the menu. And the heat, I can't even turn on the stove... 5 times I've only made cold soup for everyone 😂 (including myself). The biggest challenge is drinking water, which everyone has noticed 😂. In the past, I never had a bottle of water with me anywhere, but I take max coffee, now I only drink one morning coffee and green tea and I don't drink anymore 😏, because I can't drink extra water 🤪.

I read that girls worry both about the number of eggs in one day and about magic wands for weight loss - lemon water, celery and other strange things, and I think - how much we are influenced by the myths republished from portal/magazine to portal/magazine for many years. And if there is a popular person in the (internet) community who, with a smile on his face and sparkling porcelain teeth, likes to swallow celery juice shots for weight loss (probably gagging in the background), people pull away without much thought. And no, I was an exception when I was young - I simply didn't get celery juice because it caused a gag reflex, but I've been well off kefir and buckwheat, drank water with apple vinegar, etc., etc., in the hope that the bacon would melt. Oh my, how much agony had to be endured to finally understand that there is no magic cure. Therefore, my big THANKS to Ineta for the "easy" recipe blog and tips - I've been following and using it for a long time, even before I signed up for the challenges. This, of course, did not prevent me from periodically deviating from the right diet and living in excess weight 🥴 But life would be so monotonous if it were not for this battle with temptations 😂 And so far I have lost, I really hope that it will change now 😃

Together with Ineta and the company, I am from the December challenge. If a little about myself, during this time I have said goodbye to ~12 kg💪 (as you already know this size is variable) hips - 10 cm, waist - 11 cm and chest - 3 cm. 💃🏻 I have learned a different way of eating, which I have accepted completely and definitively for mine💯 because that was what I was missing. 🙌 Thank you INETA for this school, 🙏 but……… I am from the sporty end, which means that I will definitely find Ineta, 🏋🏻♀️ when I am completely stable with my back, because my whole path in this project was along with solving back problems. This group is really a good motivator and helps me stick to my regimen. It's not always possible to cook according to a plan, especially now that all kinds of garden work has arrived, but I still watch what I put in my mouth. 🙂 There are also moments of weakness and self-pity, like everyone else, but! we try, we hold on, we get positive emotions, even if sometimes we slip, we still get on and move on. I'm surprised that with a menu of 1300kcal I don't need anything extra - it seemed like a fight with myself, but nothing like that. Before I started the project and started looking for ways to do that, I weighed 58kg, which has been the heaviest I have ever weighed. But losing weight was not my goal because I am aware that it is not a huge weight. My goal was probably to get acquainted with the basics of eating properly and to lose centimeters in circumference. With Ineta's menu and extra sports in the wedding dress I looked better than I expected - but it was not easy with eating. In the first week I ate very little, because most of the dishes did not taste. In the second week there were already dishes that tasted great and were therefore easier. I realized that I didn't go with cottage cheese and cheese. 😅 In the fourth week I already adjusted the menu as it was more convenient for me, because now I already knew what I would not like and instead found something else, as well as I ate smaller portions, so the food is enough for more days than expected. All in all, I can say thank you, Ineta, because I'm familiar with different dishes and food flavors, which I don't know can be delicious. I will definitely pick up a recipe from the website from time to time to diversify my menu. I used to be the "smartest" and didn't eat as much as I do now, overloading myself with running and exercising, as a result of which I completed my knees and back but my previous weight stood still.
After this project, I have realized that it is necessary to eat in order to lose weight, that it is not necessary to exclude some fictional products from my diet in order to get the desired result. All the recipes were new to me, because I hadn't eaten many dishes like vrap or solanka for so long (I always give up such dishes because a lot of fat, etc.).

Greetings to all! I weigh 81.2kg today, 800g since last week. On weekends, deviate from the menu and take care of the weight. Just before the holidays I weighed and the scales created a wonderful figure, I had lost close to 4kg, now 2.1kg today, I am not sad, I am happy and I intend to continue in this spirit. Good morning, 71.7. A little over a month ago (weight 77 kg) I tried the free 3-day menu posted by DietasABC. The weight melted perfectly, so I decided to apply for a 4-week menu. I was surprised by the large amount of food to eat during the day. I like Ineta's recipes. Delicious and hearty. For the first couple of weeks, I stuck to the menu quite strictly. Now stop by the amount of calories and choose what you want more and how much time to cook. I recorded all the calorie dishes with meals down to the smallest detail in Samsung health. All this time I prepare for myself, and for my family, so a lot of new impressions for all of us. As I have not reached the desired weight, I will continue in the core group. So far, I have not been addicted to diets, and following a few quick diets, I felt physically ill, had stomach problems, and the weight with the plus returned quite soon. Third, I don't believe in diets. To my surprise, I have started cooking, I even like it for a while. For the first time in my life, I boiled solanka, which was also eaten by other family members. I didn't stick to the daily plan, because it's hard to put me in such frames, but I counted the calories - the main thing is not to exceed what was planned. The break was just a trip to Italy, but not to drink wine or pizza in Italy - you can't sin like that. Overall, I'm very happy because the weight is going down. The whole thing is made easier for me by the fact that the husband is preparing for himself and his son. A recommendation to others, I understand that if you want to lose extra kg, you have to limit your alcohol - also wine. Well, the weight has started to decline again, I will continue to cook your dishes from the 4-week menu, from the blog, because everything is calculated there. 🙂 I didn't have such a big break, but I realized one thing: if I eat everything, the body is calm, but when I skip lunch and eat something else from the allowed list, some algorithm collapsed and a great desire for sweets began, after something salty gnawing, etc. And so I did a week (to be honest) 😄 when I had 2x a day couscous ta with tuna and peas, ta with corn.
Now I will put together from all the dishes what I like because it thins better for me :) Plus there will be spring work in the yard, and at the end of March, when I have a birthday, I hope to give myself a few more minus kg :)

The start parameters were with a 1300kcal menu: 170cm / 49g / 61.1kg on February 8, or a week earlier (when I was just applying for the February challenge and already started drinking water and looking at the recipes on Ineta's page), it was stable at 63-64kg, it is, actually get lost around 4 kg. I am happy. Of course, the pants again fit and do not press again. The nearest plan is to continue with the existing work for another month and then join the main group, or sooner if you get bored earlier. 🙂

Edu 4 times a day, a meal around 500 kcal last is 22.00. Lots of bills myself and I do (before this idea to reduce the amount of food very much on this things German info). There are also a lot of restaurants, etc., but it is difficult with all that. Ineta's hat off for the work you do I understand how difficult it is, etc. But honestly the taste of the food we differ in the menu will continue to include soup with smoked salmon and dried tomato salad. But I have now researched the recipes and have figured out which I will try again 😊. I will continue the core group because that is the incentive to do so. Now I'll take a week easier, but without calculating kcal, but if I slow down eating, then I'll come back to fight 😂. We work on menus and they are definitely not what they were, a year ago. 🤗 About the cons:
1) I understand you about their product list, however it is very complicated. Because you know, you don't all have one menu. If it were, there would be no problem. I don't want to excuse myself, but I want to see what my work looks like from the inside 🤗.
You are very different in your group and the menus are 1200,1300,1400,1500,1600,1700,1800,2000 and 2200 kcal, depending on your age, height, sports you eat and what you don't eat.
So, these are 9 different calorie menus for 4 weeks. So they should have a total of 36 different weeks. Plus 30 menus for 4 weeks are "Special" - for those who do not eat anything (for example, meat, or avocado, or tuna, etc., or do not live in Latvia. So, 30 x 4 = there are another 120 different weeks…. 120 + 36 = 156 different weeks and 156 lists of products. Agree, it's not small and the work would be thorough. and I made a delicious new recipe, I want to share it with my participants - and I try to put it on the menus as well. ready-to-use product lists 😏🤔 But! ☝️ We are working on it.

The most amazing thing for me is that I now eat more and more regularly, but the weight is falling. That's what's incredible. Because when I confine myself, I never paid attention not to skip meals - I always enjoy every hour when I don't want to eat, and then it was usually hard and painful for the evening. So my no.1 surprise - eat well from morning to night and everything will happen.
It is also a pleasure to make cupcakes that do not have to be missed with coffee - there are also delicious snacks, you don't just have to gnaw carrots.
Another pleasure is that I can cook for several days ahead and when it is not enough, I will still have food prepared in the refrigerator, I will not have to worry about what I do not have to worry about.

I liked that the menu was quite rich, often I couldn't eat everything, I wouldn't stick to such classic diets for even three days and I don't see the point in that either. I especially chose the gradual, not the fast program. This month I have earned my life record in cooking! - I was also worried about it in the beginning, because I wouldn't like to cook. But the fact that the man joined made him motivated. It's cool to have a program where you can't starve and lose weight at the same time. There is also diversity. Sometimes it seemed like a monotonous 3 days for one recipe or I didn't like a product, but Ineta showed me how to choose others from her recipes for which the product can be changed - that's why freedom was so important to me. I wouldn't want to eat completely "on paper". Although I was quite educated about nutrition, there are still new things and habits that I want to continue. And there are those where I think I can add something to suit more of my and my family's sense of taste and desire for the consistency of the food. Of course, I'm glad there were sweets. Though they would have eaten three instead of 1 cup. It is cool that it is also written what to do if there is a party or sip of alcohol - there is no such program of saints, but it also affects real life. 🙂 Thank you!

Went to me like in the mountains. The first 3 days were the most difficult - realizing with a lot of kcal, often large portions, but the will to eat.
