I am most satisfied with the quality of sleep - I had a hard time falling asleep all the time, but now 5min and I'm asleep. On the third day it was hard because the most difficult thing was to give up coffee with sugar (however, I have only drunk with it all my life). I was now very tense and itchy. I took part in the slimming marathon last month and achieved a very good result, before that I lost weight on my own, how I should do it, and now I can say that there were a lot of mistakes, for example, not eating cereals, which did not result in satiety and a lot of sudden rupture. If I had to lose 96kg of them now, I would definitely not do it on my head anymore, because by attracting professionals, it can be done much faster and "painless"!

I really enjoyed getting involved in this project because I got completely different thinking about proper nutrition. I used to be the "smartest" and didn't eat as much as I do now, overloading myself with running and exercising, as a result of which I completed my knees and back but my previous weight stood still.
After this project, I have realized that it is necessary to eat in order to lose weight, that it is not necessary to exclude some fictional products from my diet in order to get the desired result. All the recipes were new to me, because I hadn't eaten many dishes like vrap or solanka for so long (I always give up such dishes because a lot of fat, etc.).
I will definitely continue what I have started, only I have not applied to the independent group yet, because I have no problem controlling my weight, the only thing that is unfortunate is that I will not have any questions I was used to ☺️ But if there is a question, I will definitely join the main group! 🙂

During the whole project, my leg never “slipped”, because every day it seemed that I was overeating, I almost always excluded snacks from the diet and I also excluded dinner three times, because I really didn't have the strength to eat it all 😅

I gained 75 kg in March 2020. With the help of one popular diet, I would drop (too) up to 58 kg in 3 months. Then the weight slowly rose to 67 kg in two years. Total 4.9kg per month 🥳🥳🥳🥳 I am so happy! It was relatively easy to stick to the menu because everything was so well balanced. The big surprise for me was that they didn't ask for treats and treats, which is my weak point. Here probably game changers were protein bars and a breakfast version with cottage cheese scones with dark chocolate, an omelette with dark chocolate, as well as delicious cupcakes. It's really insanely important to find delicious and healthy recipes to replace snacks so as not to have to stretch for them at all - and I'm also very happy to finally be more in the kitchen. I can say that participating in the weight loss challenge and following Ineta's menu quite honestly, the weight loss was less than 4 kg per month. But I admit that I haven't cooked my life as much as when I followed the menu. In addition, I am an insane sweetie, and it is better to make something from sweet dishes. Then the hand after the store chocolate will not stretch. Since I really like math, I weigh and count everything, including chocolate, that I used to eat. Although we have not been able to lose weight so well lately, the steady decline was from February to September last year, a total of about 14kg. If you added more physical activity, it would be even better. I, on the other hand, get inspired by those girls who exercise or do something else actively.

Everyone ate and appreciated, and didn't even realize, that they were leaner. But yes my husband ordered me to work from Ineta's recipes. Well, I'm cooking less and less at home, something else really makes me happy.

It was 75 kg, now it is 66 kg is not a big difference - minus 9 kg, but I'm glad this is not my ideal weight, so I will continue with Ineta, because the recipes are fantastic - and the result is, if you do not sin and do not hurt - I am not the fairest schoolgirl. But I am aware of this, I promise not to sin every week - I get inspiration from other girls here - thank you all 🤗

A year ago I spent 4 months with Ineta's challenge and at that time, even with higher calories, my weight was very good (even with small deviations from meals). This time I chose the fast one, but now the weight goes off very slowly and I realized that this time there should be no small deviations and sports should be added. Because last year was still silky small and there was someone who consumes excess kcal, then this year everything is on his shoulders 😁🏃♀️🏋️♀️

Together I have got rid of 4.5 kg, even very well :) I am very satisfied that with the support I have forced myself to eat more consciously. At first, when I received the menu for the first week, I felt very confused, because the menu should include other calorie cheeses, cottage cheese, etc., as well as foods that usually do not go to the heart, and I felt the resistance I needed after that. But with each week, when you are already familiar with the products, it is easier and then go to the menu, learn to replace and find your own cereal. I'm sorry, Ineta, but I won't be friends with couscous🌾😋. I prefer those smart grains. The third week's menu tasted best. And, I really like to "play" with scales 😆! I was at that weight 10 years ago… When I took up the challenge, I wrote that I would like to drop some 3-4kg, but I didn't believe it at all… 😅 that I could… BUT, it turns out that you can lose weight so delicious… The menu is fantastic, the flavors are perfect and …. I realized how important it is to eat at the right time and eat normally, not to dig all the time. And how important is planning to be clear about what I'm going to eat for breakfast / lunch. There is no time to eat, no time, we smear the buns.
Thanks to Ineta for the low-calorie cupcake recipes, they quench my cravings for buns. As well as great products I hadn't noticed - 10% cheese, Skyr yoghurt, adjika, etc.
Greetings to all! I weigh 81.2kg today, 800g since last week. On weekends, deviate from the menu and take care of the weight. Just before the holidays I weighed and the scales created a wonderful figure, I had lost close to 4kg, now 2.1kg today, I am not sad, I am happy and I intend to continue in this spirit. I will continue to stick to the principles of the menu every day, but on holidays I also think I can afford to deviate from everyday life.
For me, this challenge was really a challenge! The hardest part was in the 1st week, when I felt very hungry and it really bothered me. It was emotionally difficult to deal with. Getting used to the portions of our menu, low-fat products, eating something fatter or sweeter on holidays, the feelings are quite funny. Everything seems so fatty and sweet - and I'm used to the light feeling in my stomach. As soon as I eat something fatter, I quickly feel heaviness in my stomach. There was no such thing before.
