But I quickly realized that I didn't know how to put together a balanced (correct) menu. My colleague suggested looking at edunsporto and I didn't have to wait long to apply for this project. I can only say a huge thank you to Ineta for these 4 weeks. They taught me to look at food a little differently, I realized that even healthy eating can be good and most importantly delicious. If everything was tasting for my young man, so everything is OK 😀Sometimes the amount of the meal indicated by Ineta was not edible. At the time of writing the project application, I was 95.4, but as of March 1, 93.2. So from March 1 -4.4 kg. Girls, I wish you all not to stop. One thing must be understood, this is just the beginning and the continuation must be exactly the same. Yes, there will be moments of weakness, you will want to pamper yourself, but in the long run everything should be as it is in these 4 weeks. Good morning! 😍60.00 kg (-700 g), total 3.5 kg. Many thanks to Ineta for the delicious, interesting slimming process. When I started this marathon, I had lost 8.5 kg (from 72 kg to 63.50 kg) in almost a year. However, the menu compiled by Ineta and the fantastic recipes in the blog gave the missing knowledge about a healthy diet, healthy sugar substitutes, delicious recipes for life. I lost weight, and at the same time the whole family enjoyed delicious food! Ineta quickly won my trust in her nutritional issues, because everything on the menu was balanced, calculated, delicious and most importantly - edible for a lifetime. I followed the program with two exceptions: in the morning, in addition to the allowed number of kcal, I drank one latte (both with 0.5% milk) and on Saturday nights I sometimes sinned with a glass of red wine and macaroni 🙊. (So I also took a fast weight loss program to balance these two weaknesses a little bit 😅)
All in all, this was a very good experience with many benefits: apart from the lost pounds and better facial skin, I have become accustomed to cooking myself (which I have not particularly enjoyed so far), and my family now eat more varied food. I don't feel like limiting myself, but the weight is slowly going down. Of course I will continue until I reach approx. 57kg and then beyond with weight maintenance calories. I would also like to join a core group 😊

I really enjoyed this month. From the beginning I was alarmed by the large portions (like many of us here), but I got used to it. I previously participated in a slimming project in which the rules provided for the exclusion of several product groups. But let's be real, it is almost impossible to realize it in the long run. Ineta's diet plan proved that not everyone needs it and can say goodbye to being overweight with a varied diet.
Recipes are delicious and easy to prepare! I never imagined that lavash and tortillas could be eaten so differently. As a plus, I definitely saw the fact that the prepared meal is often intended to be eaten for 3 days - ideal! I really like this diet. I slowly began to recognize my unhealthy triggers. I have always done everything extremely since I was 12 years old - I have not eaten extremely and I have eaten extremely, I have always considered myself too fat, regardless of whether it is 58 or 118 kilograms. It is also a great pleasure for me that losing the first kg stopped kneeling and back pain. This pain was also one of the reasons why I applied, because 93 kg per 168 cm seemed too much. Overall, I am very pleased with this measure, because there is something to employ myself. I have been exercising for 40 minutes in the evenings for 3 weeks, which is my personal record. And it turns out that you can live even if you eat chocolate once a week on a Friday and not every day. My goal here is to improve the size and appearance of my stomach. In terms of kg, it might not even reduce anything anymore, but there is still a bit of something left over from the punch, and a little has to be done.

At the beginning of the day before the challenge started, it seemed like it would be, would I be able to, or would I get upset ?! Maybe they wanted to quit in the first days of the first week. After that, I wasn't asked for sweets, white bread or alcohol (yes, I drank my rum-cola cocktail almost every night in the past, and not because I'm an alcoholic or a hand stretcher, but because I like the combination of flavors). You can also do without sugar, without candy and pounding. I laughed yesterday, I wonder when I'll eat my first hot dog this year. Is it Mc Donald ?! Because you really don't want to.
What I like the most is that I didn't feel tired, I feel great .. because before that there were often periods that it was difficult to drive even at the wheel, because I fell asleep (with 8 hours of sleep). The man kept saying, "What do you want you not to eat ?!"
The man has been walking for two weeks and admires my shrunken stomach. He says that no matter how much it costs, he wants it to be like this all the time. Although there have been deviations and slow weight loss has been chosen, the weight still goes well. Delicious recipes, I really feel eaten. One recipe is better than another than a matter of taste. As a big plus of mine that can vary and cook for days ahead, it saves my time and helps me stay on target! If it weren't really bothered to eat a uniform diet all the time. Unfortunately, there is no physical activity, I went to the morning run once a month, now it is very cold and I am struggling with fatigue and lack of sleep, so I am waiting for spring. Otherwise, over 10,000 steps when I have a job outside the home. I'm used to eating less sweets during these weeks and even replacing muffins with cottage cheese at other times. Much more energy than before and a pleasure to see yourself in the mirror. Even to the ideal weight, as far as the calculator shows, at least another 10kg must be dropped, but I hope that with stable steps and participation in this group, I and you will all succeed !!
