For some time I tried to "drop the excess" on my own, but went like in the mountains. There were both ups and downs, but most often as many dropped as they came. I applied for the project because I had been thinking for a while that it would be cool for someone to help me choose a menu. I do not regret a single day, because although I have to eat a lot and it is delicious, the weight is low. I have already started to change myself and it is a great pleasure that the dishes are varied and delicious, a lot new for me. In the past, it seemed that eating healthy was expensive, not very tasty and complicated - it certainly wasn't. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get rid of the excess, because it is not as difficult as it may seem at the beginning. Thank you, Ineta, for the delicious recipes and the opportunity to drop the excess! The rebound has happened, I will definitely continue what I started, because I see and feel that it is working
I tasted all of Ineta's recipes, my husband and son's favorite was a tortilla cheese cake and zucchini vegetarian pizza. In my opinion, losing an average of 500g a week is quite enough and normal for me, I did not feel hungry or stressed. In the meantime, I have completely lost my desire for sweets and white flour products

The biggest benefit for me is the very extensive information, the divine calorie counter - I really actively use it because I change my menu literally every day, depending on the active taste buds 🙂 My biggest surprise // confusion is the breakdown of personal myths - (false), I do not eat and do not eat sweets (false), but I eat very healthy (false). The biggest challenge for me - is frequent eating -> I'm still not used to it and I mostly eat only 2 times a day, it's the biggest challenge I have to work on.

In total I lost 4.6 kg Recipes all I really liked. I wasn't hungry at all, rather too much. I started last week eating more carrot muffins and apples. I could eat a lot of apples. Many thanks to Ineta for her hard work, for her advice and encouragement.

I applied for the project with the aim of understanding the calorie counting, nutritional value of food and learning to organize my meals, all lost is just a bonus. The court this month's result is not significant, because the discipline was not-a holiday in the middle.
Benefits / discoveries:
* I discovered the world of boxes or I learned to cook for several days ahead, to go to work with boxes so that it is possible to eat healthy meals.
* all the recipes were something new to me and +/- everything seemed very delicious. Now there are a lot of recipes from Ineta's blog that I want to try.
* I agree that healthy eating is expensive, but this depends on each family's food basket.
* I still have to learn to drink water, I can very well test myself with a bottle.
* I haven't poured any extra sugar anywhere this month, I don't use sweeteners and everything is really delicious, no sweets are required!
Overall, I really enjoyed and will continue to be with Ineta's core group
