I am fully determined to continue 💪 This month, life has changed dramatically… I have completely given up sweets so close to my heart, replacing them with Ineta's page recipes and for me, the fanatical sweetie, they are enough 😉 Plus so many other recipes, favorite dishes and so much again - I have started going to the gym again, exercising with a trainer, going to the solarium and completely itching my nails to go for good new gins, because the old ones are already falling off 💃 And in the company also for my son, already 5 kg off and “mom ready ”also does not allow to relax 😋

My report-I feel fantastic and I'm so happy to jump on this train at the last minute, it's Sunday night, before Monday's start and quite by chance 😍🤗 Total -6.1 kg per month and all this eating at least 4 times a day (most often however, I got 1 snack omitted). I also sin, including with alcohol, but the result is still very pleasing and I am already in the main group and I will definitely continue, I repeat the same menu this week. I had the hardest time for 3 weeks, the weight didn't really drop (300 gr per week so much), last Wednesday it seemed that the body had stopped 👀 But then the next day it seemed that the body had "settled" in a circle and the weight started to roll over per week -2.4 kg 🤗 I am in a ray about cooking and my main opinion is - YOU SHOULD NOT MISS THESE MEALS. At least my metabolism seems to work better. Oh, I haven't started playing sports yet, but definitely soon 💪 Thank you, @Ineta Rijniece !!! I also feel very satisfied with everything and, most importantly, I have eaten 😂😂😂🤭 Most of the time I have to skip one of the snacks, because really everything is enough.

Well, the weight has started to decline again, I will continue to cook your dishes from the 4-week menu, from the blog, because everything is calculated there. 🙂 I didn't have such a big break, but I realized one thing: if I eat everything, the body is calm, but when I skip lunch and eat something else from the allowed list, some algorithm collapsed and a great desire for sweets began, after something salty gnawing, etc. And so I did a week (to be honest) 😄 when I had 2x a day couscous ta with tuna and peas, ta with corn.
Now I will put together from all the dishes what I like because it thins better for me :) Plus there will be spring work in the yard, and at the end of March, when I have a birthday, I hope to give myself a few more minus kg :)

Good morning! 67.5 (-0.4), but a total of 3.7 kg. I feel great after a feeling, a couple of days ago I still think that sweets are not required at all, even though I am a sweetie lover, the last days are full of emotions, so I want to eat something not very healthy, but I eat it and it is enough. The most characteristic feeling of this project over time is "Do you really have to eat again?". Yes, at many times it seemed that you had to eat too much, especially when breakfast is later and the other meals and then at 7 o'clock in the evening you realize that there is still a snack and dinner, but do not want to eat yet, because lunch was quite full. Of course, there is still work to be done to achieve this goal, so I continue to join the independent group. Thank you @Ineta Rijniece for regaining the feeling that you can lose weight by eating a lot.

Being in this group, over and over again I have realized for everyone 100% now nothing like that happens. And for the fat to move you have to work, visualization alone will not help and eat 3 snacks at that time. To be where the will is to work, to be prepared must be weighed. Not all gyms can be done in the gym, you have to start with being in the kitchen. And cooking for several days - how I liked it in this group !!!
@Ineta Rijniece Your program is simply great. I didn't follow the menu at all last week and I didn't exercise due to lack of time. But, in any case, I was guided only by the products recommended by you. I have found my delicacies when there is a great desire for sweets (protein bars and protein curd creams). Quinoa salad with beans is still my favorite food.

We live outside the city and then shopping is a little different than in Riga, when you can go to a nearby store for something that is missing. It also affects cooking. The second brake - a child who doesn't really like these recipes, then has to prepare something else for her in parallel or there is a shift in the recipe. The man has a very positive result of -5 kg. Our favorite tortillas with an omelette, as well as Ineta Korean carrots. In general, we have learned to replace many products with leaner and healthier ones, which I think is a key step towards further progress 👍

The start parameters were with a 1300kcal menu: 170cm / 49g / 61.1kg on February 8, or a week earlier (when I was just applying for the February challenge and already started drinking water and looking at the recipes on Ineta's page), it was stable at 63-64kg, it is, actually get lost around 4 kg. I am happy. Of course, the pants again fit and do not press again. The nearest plan is to continue with the existing work for another month and then join the main group, or sooner if you get bored earlier. 🙂

Edu 4 times a day, a meal around 500 kcal last is 22.00. Lots of bills myself and I do (before this idea to reduce the amount of food very much on this things German info). There are also a lot of restaurants, etc., but it is difficult with all that. Ineta's hat off for the work you do I understand how difficult it is, etc. But honestly the taste of the food we differ in the menu will continue to include soup with smoked salmon and dried tomato salad. But I have now researched the recipes and have figured out which I will try again 😊. I will continue the core group because that is the incentive to do so. Now I'll take a week easier, but without calculating kcal, but if I slow down eating, then I'll come back to fight 😂. Today I summarize what tasted of Thai curry in these 4 weeks, lavash roulette with fruit and berries, vegetable stew with chicken fillet and couscous, salad with avocado and Turkish peas, salad with Chinese cabbage and tuna; carrot, dried fruit muffins; banana-date-cocoa muffins; oatmeal pancake with cream cheese and tomato. Not everyone was on my menu, but they wanted to taste something that seemed compelling.

I'm sitting, eating a cake and I'm happy about losing 4kg during the month. 🤭 I am a strong carnivore and sweet lover and these four weeks have shown that it is possible to eliminate “love handles” and other problem areas by eating hearty, delicious and sweet. The weight was satisfying if a extra pound appeared, I hung up a bit and it was OK, but over the years the climax also broke out and the metabolism changed unexpectedly. Suddenly I realized that "I have been invaded in oats" in a very short period of time (a few months) the body swelled like a balloon with excess (more than 10 kg) I began to dislike my height, until recently I could no longer put on my clothes… I tried a diet I used to take off the excess, parted from a few kilograms. What to do with the rest of the "savings"? The solution found me, not me. What can I say today about the last 4 weeks under Ineta Rijniece? Benefits: 1) valuable information has been received based on which I understood what should be taken into account when creating a menu; 2) I “borrowed” some dishes from my menu, which I will continue to prepare for myself; 3) in grades from 3.2 kg; 4) I learned that with my previous diets I was more harmful to my body by doing more than that; 5) I got answers to questions that were important to me; 6) I started buying healthy products, even those I had never used before; 7) For 4 weeks I stayed in a great chaling company, where we individually and all of us moved towards one goal. Were there any cons? 1) it would have been colossal if the compiler's menu had gathered the products to be purchased for a week, which would have facilitated the process of running through the shops; 2) it was unfortunate that the products were not used up, but the next time they were needed, others had to be bought because they were no longer fresh. We work on menus and they are definitely not what they were, a year ago. 🤗 About the cons:
1) I understand you about their product list, however it is very complicated. Because you know, you don't all have one menu. If it were, there would be no problem. I don't want to excuse myself, but I want to see what my work looks like from the inside 🤗.
You are very different in your group and the menus are 1200,1300,1400,1500,1600,1700,1800,2000 and 2200 kcal, depending on your age, height, sports you eat and what you don't eat.
So, these are 9 different calorie menus for 4 weeks. So they should have a total of 36 different weeks. Plus 30 menus for 4 weeks are "Special" - for those who do not eat anything (for example, meat, or avocado, or tuna, etc., or do not live in Latvia. So, 30 x 4 = there are another 120 different weeks…. 120 + 36 = 156 different weeks and 156 lists of products. Agree, it's not small and the work would be thorough. and I made a delicious new recipe, I want to share it with my participants - and I try to put it on the menus as well. ready-to-use product lists 😏🤔 But! ☝️ We are working on it.
Again, I think about those under 60 kg 🤭 But really, as Ineta also showed us, the pictures show that certain kgs can look different on a person, one more muscle, the other fat 🤭. Well and the age is already different for everyone. And the most important thing is that we can each accept ourselves as we are and strive for self-improvement, the main thing is health and well-being.

Despite the fact that I live only 1/2 of the project on the right diet, in the third week I started to go to the gym, in the beginning only 2x a week, but the plans and goals are… Once I get acquainted with the trainers, how to do everything muscles and do without injuries, one day I will go alone to the gym without a coach 💪🏼. The biggest fight for me was - Kinder eggs so as not to upset the son. He has such a good heart that he always shares chocolate with his mother. Did you eat? ”“ It was my sin on the menu. ” The food is delicious, the man with one tooth is starting to covet certain dishes. I have decided to challenge myself and try to continue on my own, if I can't, I will look up Ineta. Only the best of these 4 weeks and I will definitely recommend Ineta if anyone asks me. I liked that there is no feeling of hunger, that sometimes it was not possible to eat everything, but kg is lost, which is what you could want even more.

Good morning. Feelings fantastic belly works as it should and realize that even without snoring it seems to be very good.
After all the Stockholm and Monacofit diets, it seems kind of strange, because meals don't look like those where you see "there will be hunger" instead of the letters and you subconsciously already know that they are unlikely to "pull" and "fall down". But, of course, when to weigh the products - the portion size is much smaller than everyday 🙈

I feel proud to be able to make something so delicious (it's nothing that I pull my finger along with the recipe: D) and everything works even for me with both hands left. Glad that it is fast and not difficult to cook. I will admit that I used to change things a bit (there was no pumpkin, I added broccoli, etc.). Thursday is 2 weeks old and weighs 3.5 kg today. Anything left over, curd, for example, is eaten by my cat with a delicious mouth. In general, my cat - Marshmallow, likes to taste everything from this menu. I will definitely repeat this menu for another month to learn the new recipes better, but later I would like another new menu for variety. Did I mention I'm excited? :))

The most amazing thing for me is that I now eat more and more regularly, but the weight is falling. That's what's incredible. Because when I confine myself, I never paid attention not to skip meals - I always enjoy every hour when I don't want to eat, and then it was usually hard and painful for the evening. So my no.1 surprise - eat well from morning to night and everything will happen.
It is also a pleasure to make cupcakes that do not have to be missed with coffee - there are also delicious snacks, you don't just have to gnaw carrots.
Another pleasure is that I can cook for several days ahead and when it is not enough, I will still have food prepared in the refrigerator, I will not have to worry about what I do not have to worry about.

Smart scales, which are not as smart (as professional), say that I have also lost 1% from "body fat" and "lean body mass" and 2% - "subcutaneous fat". In turn, increased by 1% protein and muscle. I also send my weight curve. 🙂 I am one of those who weigh every day. There was a man on my support team who didn't bother with conch. I assume he took too few calories, from the 2nd week onwards he took more than enough calories, but it was not possible to eat it all. His weight has fallen by about 8 to 10 kg. If before the project I thought I wasn't eating too many eggs (almost every morning two), then it turns out I can do even more. I liked that the menu was quite rich, often I couldn't eat everything, I wouldn't stick to such classic diets for even three days and I don't see the point in that either. I especially chose the gradual, not the fast program. This month I have earned my life record in cooking! - I was also worried about it in the beginning, because I wouldn't like to cook. But the fact that the man joined made him motivated. It's cool to have a program where you can't starve and lose weight at the same time. There is also diversity. Sometimes it seemed like a monotonous 3 days for one recipe or I didn't like a product, but Ineta showed me how to choose others from her recipes for which the product can be changed - that's why freedom was so important to me. I wouldn't want to eat completely "on paper". Although I was quite educated about nutrition, there are still new things and habits that I want to continue. And there are those where I think I can add something to suit more of my and my family's sense of taste and desire for the consistency of the food. Of course, I'm glad there were sweets. Though they would have eaten three instead of 1 cup. It is cool that it is also written what to do if there is a party or sip of alcohol - there is no such program of saints, but it also affects real life. 🙂 Thank you!
Went to me like in the mountains. The first 3 days were the most difficult - realizing with a lot of kcal, often large portions, but the will to eat. And then the discussion begins with yourself - whether you really want to eat, whether the habit requires "chewing", or fatigue - Thank you @Ineta Rijniece for support - in addition to another snack with salad, the egg was exactly what was missing. The recipes are cool, I keep, but increasing the amount of kcal in the initial calculations and increasing the amount of vegetables in all meals - I need a lot and I recommend warm, aromatic food - curry in different variations is exactly what is needed 🙂 Of course, cupcakes are also fantastic, gradually moving from hiding to 3x servings and more frequent baking - so that all healthy delicacies are enough 🥳

In short, so that you, the members of the struggle, have no reason to worry - because 4 weeks pass very quickly - there is no feeling of hunger, kg rolls off, the feeling of lightness and energy returns. However, after these cool, balanced 4 weeks, the hardest part is keeping the weight gained - there is already extra work for the brain hemispheres to get in the right mood and motivate. I found this program by accident, looking for a net cake recipe, and popped up an ad that can be applied to the December group. I read the info and it addressed me ☺️ I have tried many diets… and in this way I have gained a lot of weight by swinging my weight. I have realized that I do not want to chew only lettuce and greens for the rest of my life, I want to learn to cook deliciously and healthily, and I think this is the right place for it. I like that the menu is not prepared for everyone, but takes into account the nuances that each of us has indicated about himself.
These weeks were not easy for me, they were full of challenges, there were days when I felt hungry, there were days when I ate with “long” teeth. It was hard for me to devote so much time to cooking, even though it was being prepared for several days in advance, I felt like I was just doing it as I was cooking in my spare time, if not for myself, then for the rest of the family. One thing I really didn't like was that a little of the product's packaging had to be used up and then the residue looked sadly out of the fridge until it died, here it needed proper management to prevent it from happening. Then another week in Spain and a holiday. I knew it would be hard to start this challenge in December, but I didn't want to postpone it to the new year, and I'm glad I didn't do it, even 1 kg, but off and on now. it was quite simple and tasty, then these meals should be arranged in a suitable order for me. Ehhh and the stress was over the other week. But, to my delight, even this day's (not the morning's) weight shows exactly the same result as last week's 62.9 kg. So all these 4 weeks - 2kg which is super for my light weight !! And since I'm not so worried about being overweight, but exactly where it accumulated (everything on my stomach and just like a pregnant woman) 36, at the bottom you have to look for almost 42 size because of your stomach) .. And this Christmas - in the countryside with relatives… no one asked or family growth is expected: =)… Thank you, Ineta, that and may also warp at times, but the basic day must be balanced. What I still missed in this challenge is a regular sport (walking with a dog without counting), but there will be more on the New Year's commitment list, then I believe that it will be possible to get in perfect shape ………

I have tried both the Stockholm diet and MonacoFit, but these diet plans did not appeal to me (eating "naked" cottage cheese for breakfast and boiled chicken fillet for lunch is not for me). But a lot of things come together very tasty. Date cupcakes are something terribly good. My goal is not to lose as much kg as possible, but to change my eating habits.

I will share my experience. My eternal stumbling block has been eating emotionally and stressfully. It 's been tormenting me for years. I can lose weight, I can play sports, but my unstable emotional nature has often ruined what I have achieved. But I am looking for a third and it is conscious eating, which I have been studying for some time, which does not mean eating intuitively, there is a lot of work with myself, practice, meditation. I am currently on course with this Zane because I was totally exhausted with my emotional side. To get the result, you have to do it, just like eating, drinking water, playing sports - if you don't, you can put it on a shelf like a book for dusting or a exercise machine that we use as a hanger. I have tried several weight loss challenges. No one has really succeeded in this, because everything has been quite complicated. 2 years ago I managed to get rid of 25kg, but then came Covids. The whole regime broke down because there was no swimming pool. Now the main problems with eating in the evening. This problem is being addressed very well at the moment. Cool new recipes. Everything will work out!

Before that I used the Stockholm diet for starvation but the weight came off well but there are festive anniversaries coming up and I stopped it several times. This diet has easier recipes and is faster to prepare and more convenient.

I ate everything in a row before the marathon, especially the sweets 😳, when I started the marathon for the first three days I felt a little headache, because of sugar. But it was about 3 days. It is very good, those small meals that remove the feeling of hunger and, consequently, large meals do not eat unnecessarily. During this time, I have completely given up potatoes and pork and I will say that I do not feel the lack of them either. Unfortunately, I didn't do the exercises, and I have known for a long time that I don't give up / forget them, etc. 🙃. However, I tried to run every other day for 25-30 minutes. During this period, I notice that my own, from day to day, is quite "satig". This morning my weight was 98.9kg (with yesterday -0.5) and I gained about -3.5kg in a month.

Despite the fact that edunsporto.lv is freely and free of charge for everyone, I had never been able to prepare anything, because “to the eye” it always seemed that so few grams were nowhere to start 😂 If in the past my usual breakfast combination was rye bread / grain bread with fresh cheese and chamomile or fatty chicken roll on top, then now - eggs, cottage cheese, lean cheese in all sorts of variations. I am pleasantly surprised that you can eat so differently with simple products. Another personal novelty - protein powder with flavor and Flavor Drops drops. So far, I have only chosen a classic when cooking myself (if it's sweet, then sugar, no flavors, etc.), and I still think it's the best. But at the same time, I realized that the "delicious" that we usually buy in stores has the same and more inside. Then I better make it at home with a few drops of Flavor Drops, and I'm sure everything else is good and healthy. For example, FD ShortBread smells just like Selga cookies.

My little goal is to break under 80kg. The starting weight on March 28 was 88.8kg. I can only say a huge thank you to Ineta for these 4 weeks. They taught me to look at food a little differently, I realized that even healthy eating can be good and most importantly delicious. If everything was tasting for my young man, so everything is OK 😀Sometimes the amount of the meal indicated by Ineta was not edible. At the time of writing the project application, I was 95.4, but as of March 1, 93.2. So from March 1 -4.4 kg. Girls, I wish you all not to stop. One thing must be understood, this is just the beginning and the continuation must be exactly the same. Yes, there will be moments of weakness, you will want to pamper yourself, but in the long run everything should be as it is in these 4 weeks. a total of 4.2kg lost (this week the drop is only 100g though, but i already reckoned that at some point it starts to happen slower, needing extra activity). I am happy about what I have done. I really like Ineta's recipes and I will continue to work and eat according to this principle, because that's how I feel best. I shouldn't run those things on my own, because then everything takes its course. I'm really looking forward to the moment when the hall opens, because I'm doing it at home, but that's not what I like. 💪👏☀️

7.8kg dropped in total This is the last day of the month for this March marathon, but the beginning of a bigger challenge. I started this morning with a shark massage for the skin, now I know what it means to pull the skin over the eyes 😂 A small restart to tone the skin and go start a new month. Oops, doc! Ineta You do a great job of how stupid things people do because of slimming, but how good you are to help a person regain confidence in themselves, their body, you give new breath to my body and my family to eat properly.
I weighed 90.2 (-0.6) yesterday and have lost almost 4 kg in total. To be exact, 3.8 kg.
And I'm approaching a weight that starts at 8. !!! It will be so fantastic!
In the meantime, what I like best is that I have started to distribute meals so that the whole day is not spent in one meal! And coffee / tea without sugar, more water, no white bread and more walks - do wonders! I sin with the menu because I don't like to cook in principle and the others in the family wanted to eat as before, so I didn't take such a double load.

When I started this marathon, I had lost 8.5 kg (from 72 kg to 63.50 kg) in almost a year. However, the menu compiled by Ineta and the fantastic recipes in the blog gave the missing knowledge about a healthy diet, healthy sugar substitutes, delicious recipes for life. I lost weight, and at the same time the whole family enjoyed delicious food! Ineta quickly won my trust in her nutritional issues, because everything on the menu was balanced, calculated, delicious and most importantly - edible for a lifetime. I will definitely keep losing all my excess weight to a healthy weight to prove to myself that anything is possible, even in my trivial 40 years when life is just beginning! I followed the program with two exceptions: in the morning, in addition to the allowed number of kcal, I drank one latte (both with 0.5% milk) and on Saturday nights I sometimes sinned with a glass of red wine and macaroni 🙊. (So I also took a fast weight loss program to balance these two weaknesses a little bit 😅)
All in all, this was a very good experience with many benefits: apart from the lost pounds and better facial skin, I have become accustomed to cooking myself (which I have not particularly enjoyed so far), and my family now eat more varied food. I don't feel like limiting myself, but the weight is slowly going down. Of course I will continue until I reach approx. 57kg and then beyond with weight maintenance calories. I would also like to join a core group 😊

A month ago, I started thinking again that I had to do something good for the overweight, so that I didn't have to think about making reservations for children not to go to the water park, because I don't feel comfortable in a swimsuit right now. I really enjoyed this month. From the beginning I was alarmed by the large portions (like many of us here), but I got used to it. I previously participated in a slimming project in which the rules provided for the exclusion of several product groups. But let's be real, it is almost impossible to realize it in the long run. Ineta's diet plan proved that not everyone needs it and can say goodbye to being overweight with a varied diet.
Recipes are delicious and easy to prepare! I never imagined that lavash and tortillas could be eaten so differently. As a plus, I definitely saw the fact that the prepared meal is often intended to be eaten for 3 days - ideal! This is not the case in many slimming projects - every day, which is unique and often, the products are also quite exotic.

I like everything very, very much, I have eaten, I feel good, I feel satisfied, unlike all other diets, when I was nervous, dissatisfied, put on because I wanted to eat all the time. I wonder for myself, but for a moment I didn't want to eat anything off the menu, because I've had enough of my sweets and is at peace. I don't experiment with the menu, because I don't feel so confident that I will learn to put all the calories correctly on the shelves, but I like the possibility to replace the tuna with cheese or cook soup from the lunch ingredients. I really like this diet. I slowly began to recognize my unhealthy triggers. I have always done everything extremely since I was 12 years old - I have not eaten extremely and I have eaten extremely, I have always considered myself too fat, regardless of whether it is 58 or 118 kilograms. With my extreme lifestyle I had already prepared - well - I will - eat the leaves and meat only and in small quantities, sweets and tasty dishes will not. But with these recipes and healthy snacks, it seems that this is a discovery that could last a long time, because there is no feeling that I close and refuse myself, so yesterday I watched as a holiday cake without any strong emotions. Thanks to Ineta for the opportunity to participate in such a project. 3.9 kg lost in 4 weeks. The clothes have become looser and the abdomen is a little flatter, the well-being has improved. I have learned how to cook new foods from healthy products. In the past, when I tried to reduce my portion size myself, I regularly "dropped". Now I realize that I can feel well eaten, even after eating a healthy snack, and yet the pounds are slowly melting. Glad about it!

My greatest discovery is that you can lose weight not by suffering, which will end its suffering, but by enjoying food without feeling hungry and working so much with your mental demons.
