Many programme participants who started eating a balanced diet saw their health problems diminish or even disappear completely (normalised cholesterol and/or blood pressure levels, no more chest burning (reflux), etc.).

Just indicate your diagnosis on the application form. If a doctor's approval is required, I will notify you before the programme begins.

Yes — with some limitations. The meal plans always include eggs and dairy products, as creating a balanced low-calorie menu without them is quite challenging. Fully vegan meal plans (without eggs and dairy) are not offered at this time.

Along with the menu, you will receive instructions on how to use it, which indicate interchangeable products. You can substitute products according to your taste, while maintaining balance and your calorie allowance. For example, if you don't like chicken, you can replace it with beef, turkey, or fish.

Please ensure you indicate this on the application form.

If you have an allergy or intolerance to any food product, you can replace it according to the directions in the Instruction Manual.

Yes, the dishes are simple and quick to prepare. There is no need for any expensive ingredients — only simple, widely available products are used.

Most dishes take 10–30 minutes to prepare.

Most recipes are balanced versions of everyday meals, so your family can eat them too. Chances are, they will feel better as well.

There are also cases where husbands who eat the same food as their wives lose a few pounds without even noticing.

You fill out a short questionnaire → make your payment → 2 to 3 days before the program starts, you receive your personalised menu for the first week → join WhatsApp support group → start losing weight.

The menus for the second, third, and fourth weeks are sent out on the Friday of the previous week.

No! Everything will already be calculated in your menu — all you have to do is follow it.
