Not only our own holiday, but also the anniversary of the rebirth of our beloved Latvia! And celebrate with a fantastically delicious cherry pie
Finished base - dates aplej with hot water. Before putting almonds in a combine with dates and raisins, first chop finely (I put in a bag, put a towel, and with a hammer of meat). The dates are drained, all the ingredients are placed in a food processor and the whole is blended to a sticky mass. The mass is placed in a form with removable edges and compacted.
Boil the cherries with sweetener, leave to cool. Slightly flattened: I do not flatten completely, but I leave "half-healthy" berries.
Pour gelatin with cold water (~ 14g) and swell for ~ 5-10 minutes.
Melt the swollen gelatin in a hot water bath and stir in the dried cherries.
Pour the cherries on the base and freeze the first layer in the refrigerator.
Curd cream mixed with kefir, sweetener, vanilla and coconut flakes.
Pour gelatin with cold water (~ 12g) and swell for ~ 5-10 minutes.
Melt the swollen gelatin in a hot water bath and stir in the curd mass.
Pour the mass over the frozen layer of cherries and put in the refrigerator to solidify.
Finished third (2 layers of cherries) - identical to the first. Put the cake in the refrigerator and let it set
