These salads are very popular with Brezhnev. They are called: "Kremlevskaya harpy" because they are very crunchy. A little improvisation and I made these delicious cabbage salad for me too.
Grate the beets and carrots, cut the cabbage - mix everything by hand, squeeze.
Bring the marinade to a boil.
Put the salad in a bowl and pour the marinade, mix, press (do not worry if the marinade does not cover all the salad, the cabbage will release its own juice) and set aside to cool.
Marin for 2 days. But they are delicious the next day. After that, the longer they stand, the tastier they stay.
