A very healthy, home-baked bread with a lot of fiber.
Linseed and turnip sprinkle with 300 g of water and set aside to swell for ~ 15 minutes.
Mix the bran with baking powder, salt and add to the flaxseed-rye mixture.
Mix everything in the dough: divide into 4 equal parts. Or bake one whole "bun".
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for ~ 40 minutes.
Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
