A very healthy, home-baked bread with a lot of fibre.

Healthy Bread with Bran and Flaxseed, Without Flour or Eggs

Ingredients
 150 g Bran (I use oat bran, but can use both wheat and rye bran)
 25 g Flaxseed
 25 g Psyllium (psyllium husk)
 10 g Baking powder
 300 g Water
 Salt, sugar (may not be added), other spices of your choice

Pour 300 g of water over the flax seeds and psyllium and set aside to swell for ~15 minutes.

Mix the bran with the baking powder and salt, and add to the flaxseed and psyllium mixture.

Mix the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts. Or bake as one whole loaf.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~40 minutes.

Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
