When the forest is full of chanterelles it's a must to make something out of them, like a delicious soup.

Chop the onion, cut the chanterelles, and fry in a pan.
Cut all the vegetables.
Put the sliced pumpkin in a pot of boiling water first (as it is the hardest of the vegetables). And boil for ~10 minutes.
Then add the rest of the vegetables, salt, spices and cook until soft.
Add the chanterelles with onions and the processed cheese. Cook for ~10 minutes and add the greens.
