Soup with cauliflower, pumpkin and chanterelles

When the forest is full of chanterelles it's a must to make something out of them, like a delicious soup.

Ingredients
 1.50 l Water
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"
 455 g Butternut squash
 364 g Cauliflower
 308 g Zucchini
 250 g Chanterelles (or other mushrooms)
 100 g Onion
 100 g Tomato
 70 g Leek
 50 g Greens (dill, parsley, spinach)
 50 g Cereals (pearl couscous for me)
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Chop the onion, cut the chanterelles, and fry in a pan.

Cut all the vegetables.

Put the sliced pumpkin in a pot of boiling water first (as it is the hardest of the vegetables). And boil for ~10 minutes.

Then add the rest of the vegetables, salt, spices and cook until soft.

Add the chanterelles with onions and the processed cheese. Cook for ~10 minutes and add the greens.
