Fish can never be too much - especially in a light and tasty soup.

Boil the water in a pot and put in the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
Heat a pan, add a little water, put the trout in, put the lid on and simmer for ~20 minutes. Remove the trout, remove the skin and cut into pieces.
When the potatoes are slightly cooked, add the thinly sliced carrot, sliced peppers, green peas, garlic, salt and spices.
Cook until ready. When the vegetables are soft, add the processed cheese, trout and herbs. Bring everything to the boil again.
