Place the stock to boil. Meanwhile, chop the cauliflower and cabbage and add them to the stock. Add the garlic, salt and spices.
Sauté the green peas and carrots separately.
When the cabbage is ready, blend it with a blender.
Add the sweet cream, the sautéed green peas and carrots. Bring to the boil and cook for ~5-7 minutes.
