 70 g Small spinach
 10 g Garlic
 150 g Milk 2%
 Salt

Boil the water, add the salt and put the cauliflower, cut into rosettes, in it. Cook until ready.

Add the spinach and let it cook for a minute. Drain off any excess water.

Add milk, blend with a blender and let it boil.
