I've grown so fond of this dish that I wanted to share it with you.

Place a pot of water on the boil. Add salt.
Divide broccoli and cauliflower into rosettes, trim off excess leaves on brussels sprouts.
Put the Brussels sprouts in the pot when the water starts to boil. After a while, add the cauliflower and broccoli and cook for ~4-5 minutes.
Drain the excess water from the vegetables and scrape into a bowl, add the shrimp and avocado mayonnaise, mix and enjoy!
