Strawberry-milk cream cake

Ingredients
 1 l Milk (1.5%)
 3 Egg yolks
 250 g Strawberries + ~ 150g for decoration
 120 g Corn starch
 4 40g corn tortillas
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Sweetener, vanilla
Directions

Thoroughly blend fresh strawberries.

Stir in the egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, beat and add the blended strawberries.

Stir the milk-strawberry mass, stirring constantly, until the mass begins to thicken.

Set aside to cool - stir occasionally.

When the cream has cooled and become thick, it is smeared with a wide knife between the tortillas. Spreading the first two, put a layer of strawberries cut into plates and cream again on top. And two more tortillas. You can, of course, smear thinner layers of cream and put more tortillas.

Decorate with strawberries. That's it! Enjoy life!
