Green buckwheat buns (without eggs, without dairy products)
Delicious buns without eggs, without dairy products.
100 g Green buckwheat
15 g Olive oil
10 g Psilliums
50 g Water
1 A teaspoon of soda (without a stack), quenched with vinegar (or citric acid and water)
Salt, spices (I put Provencal herbs, smoked peppers, turmeric)
Soak buckwheat overnight (or at least 5-6 hours).
In the morning pour off the water, add all the ingredients, and blend. Put in shape (in one or more small ones like me) and bake at 175 degrees for ~ 35-40 minutes.
