Delicious buns without eggs, without dairy products.
Soak buckwheat overnight (or at least 5-6 hours).
In the morning pour off the water, add all the ingredients, and blend. Put in shape (in one or more small ones like me) and bake at 175 degrees for ~ 35-40 minutes.
