Replace the morning salami with a chicken roulade.

Grind the chicken fillet and the chicken thighs.
Add the adjika, mustard, finely chopped bell peppers, greens, onion, garlic, finely grated carrots, salt, spices, and gelatine - mix everything.
Wrap the mixture in cheesecloth, tie the ends and place in a pot of boiling water. Cook for ~30 minutes. Remove, place a heavy weight on top and leave to cool.
