Chicken fillet, chicken livers, and pumpkin make wonderfully delicious, soft, and tender cutlets. They are also an excellent source of protein.

Chop the chicken fillet and liver in a food processor.
Grate the pumpkin, onion, garlic and herbs using a grater or food processor. Grind the oat flakes in a coffee grinder.
Add the spices. Mix everything.
Form cutlets with wet hands and place them on a heated pan. Fry/sauté on both sides over very low heat.
