Chicken fillets and nut pumpkin cutlets

Ingredients
 3 Eggs
 800 g Chicken fillet
 400 g Pumpkin
 138 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 70 g Leek (or onion)
 20 g Garlic
 Salt, spices of your choice

Grind the chicken fillet (I grind it in a food processor).

Pumpkin, peppers, leeks, garlic are also chopped in a food processor and added to the minced chicken fillet.

Add eggs, spices.

Make large meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at ~ 180 degrees until golden brown.
