My favorite meatballs, which I usually prepare for the next work week to take to work.
Grind the chicken fillet (I grind it in a food processor).
Pumpkin, peppers, leeks, garlic are also chopped in a food processor and added to the minced chicken fillet.
Add eggs, spices.
Make large meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at ~ 180 degrees until golden brown.
