Chicken fillet and zucchini. For flavour, garlic and spinach. All together, they make delicious, soft and tender pancakes.

In a food processor, grind/blend the chicken fillets, eggs and zucchini into a smooth paste.
Squeeze the garlic, chop the dill.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and spices to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly
Form pancakes with wet hands and place them on a hot pan. Fry on both sides over very low heat.
Beat all the sauce ingredients with a blender until smooth.
