Another delicious dish variation for chicken fillet.

Grind the chicken fillets in a food processor. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.
Add the egg, chopped onion, garlic, grated pumpkin, salt and spices to the minced meat.
Divide the mass into 6 equal parts. Form into round cutlets and place on a baking tray.
With a glass (with the bottom moistened with water), make a depression in the center and place the pineapple ring into it.

Place in the oven at ~180 °C for ~40-45 minutes (until the edges of the cutlets are lightly browned).
Grate the cheeses and mix with the scallions and egg whites. Add spices of your choice.
Remove the cutlets from the oven, top with the cheese mixture and return to the oven for ~7-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
