Light, delicious and healthy meatballs that are both hearty and very tasty.

Grind / blend the chicken fillet and pumpkin in a food processor.
Grind buckwheat in a coffee grinder and add to the meat.
Add eggs, squeezed garlic, salt, spices.
Make meatballs by hand (I got 8 large pieces).

Bake in the oven at ~ 175 degrees for ~ 40-45 minutes.
