Chicken fillet cutlets with pumpkin and cottage cheese. Very tender, soft, delicious and juicy.

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 500 g Minced chicken or turkey fillet
 200 g Pumpkin (or carrot, or any other vegetable)
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 40 g Onion
 8 g Garlic
 3 g Oil
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater. Or mince in a food processor with chicken fillets.

Add the egg, chopped onion, garlic, grated pumpkin, salt and spices to the minced meat.

Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil. Form round cutlets and place in the pan (you can bake them in the oven as well). Turn the heat to a very low flame and sauté the cutlets until cooked on both sides. Add a little water as necessary.
