Chicken fillet, potato, and carrot make amazingly delicious, soft, and tender cutlets. They are also a great source of protein.

Grind the chicken fillets in a food processor.
Grate the potatoes (coarsely grated) and carrots (finely grated), chop the onion, garlic and herbs.
Add the grated vegetables and eggs to the chicken fillet. Add the spices and mix well.
Form cutlets with wet hands and place them on a heated frying pan. Fry the cutlets on both sides over a very low heat.
