Chicken fillet meatballs with turnip and paprika. This time I fried them in a pan. They turned out very tender and juicy.

Grate the turnip on a fine grater. Grate or finely chop the peppers and chop the dill.
Add the egg, chopped onion, garlic, grated turnip, paprika, salt and seasoning to the chicken mince.
Heat a frying pan and brush it lightly with oil. Form round cutlets and place them in the pan.
Reduce the heat to very low, cover the pan with a lid and fry/sauté the cutlets on both sides until cooked through. Add a little water if necessary.
