When you want something more serious, you should bake delicious chicken fillet cutlets with vegetables, cheese and couscous.
Chop the chicken fillet, broccoli and cauliflower in a food processor.
Couscous is poured with boiling water (200 g) and left to swell.
Add finely chopped onion, squeezed garlic, spices, eggs, and swollen couscous to the minced meat and vegetables and mix the cutlet mass.
Form the cutlets, and put them on baking paper. Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees ~1 hour.
