Grind the chicken fillet in a food processor.
Add the eggs and beat again.
Also grind pumpkin, garlic.
Sprinkle the couscous with boiling water, place a plate on top of the dish and leave to swell.
Add pumpkin, couscous, spices to the chicken fillet, mix everything, make meatballs (I immediately divided into 16 pieces: 4 pieces each day) and put on baking paper or a silicone mat.
Bake ~ 50-60min, ~ 175 -180 degrees.
