Chicken fillet curry with mushrooms and couscous

Ingredients
 300 g Chicken fillet
 320 g Zucchini
 200 ml Coconut milk 18%,
 180 g Bell pepper
 150 g Mushrooms (brown champignons)
 60 g Onion
 50 g Yellow curry paste
 50 g Cereals or pasta (I use whole grain couscous)
 20 g Garlic
 15 g Adjika "Pūre"
 10 g Mustard
 Salt, turmeric, coriander, basil, chili pepper, cumin, or other spices of your choice

The chicken fillet is marinated the night before in adjika and mustard.

On the second day, cut the chicken fillet and all the vegetables into strips,

Put chicken fillet in a pan and fry quickly, add chopped mushrooms, peppers, onions, and garlic. Bake, stirring occasionally.

Add salt, spices, a little water and sauté almost ready.

Add zucchini, curry paste, and coconut milk to the chicken fillet, mix everything, put the lid on, and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add the couscous and sauté for another 10 minutes until the couscous swells.
