Chicken fillets, broccoli and rice cutlets
Simple and delicious. Easy to take away.
125 g Brown or Basmati rice (previously cooked)
900 g Chicken fillet
500 g Broccoli
180 g Bell pepper (paprika)
50 g Leek
3 g Garlic
Spices of your choice
Grind everything in a food processor.
Make round meatballs and place on parchment paper.
Bake at ~ 180 degrees until ready and brown a little.
