I never get bored of chicken fillets - as there are so many delicious dishes I can make with them!

Prepare the sauce: put the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, tomato paste/sauce/ketchup in a bowl.
Add 15 g cornstarch to 150 g water, stir and add to the other ingredients. Add spices of your choice (I added dried garlic and chilli).
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips and roll them in the cornstarch. Fry them in 10 g of oil in a pan.
Pour the sauce over the fried meat and heat, stirring, until it thickens and becomes "translucent".
Serve with cereals, pasta or noodles.
