Chicken fillet in sweet and sour pineapple sauce

Ingredients
 350 g Chicken fillet
 300 g zucchini, you can not put, but add a second pepper
 190 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 150 g Canned pineapple pieces
 250 g Tomato paste (Primo Gusto, 1/2 pack)
 120 g Onion
 60 ml Soy sauce
 15 g Garlic
 5 g Oil

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and put in a pan to fry 5 g of oil.

Meanwhile, cut into strips peppers, zucchini, chopped onion and garlic.

Chicken fillet is added to soy sauce, peppers, zucchini, onions, garlic. Spices of your choice.

When the chicken fillet and vegetables are ready, add the pineapple pieces and tomato paste. Mix everything and sauté for a few more minutes.

Serve with jasmine rice: rape one packet of jasmin rice (125g, 2 servings), pour into a saucepan, add herb salt, turmeric, stewed green peas (50g) and beat one egg. Stir and heat until the egg is squeezed with rice. Divide the rice into 2 equal parts, place in small bowls, compact and then pour onto a plate. Pour the chicken fillet with sweet and sour sauce 250g.
