Choose beautiful, smooth, large chicken fillets, which (it is recommended) to marinate in mustard and adjika the previous day, adding, of course, spices of your choice.
Tomato cut into pieces and mix with beans, spices.
Made from chicken fillet "boats" - cut with a knife in the middle (without cutting to the very bottom) and also on both sides. The chicken fillet is opened and stuffed with tomatoes and legumes.
Put in the oven and bake for ~ 25-30 minutes at 175-180 degrees.
Remove and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put back in the oven for another ~ 10 minutes until the cheese melts beautifully.
