You can bake delicious, crispy cookies without eggs. Great snack between meals or with morning coffee. In addition, with very good nutritional value.
Mix all ingredients and leave for ~ 5-6 hours. I leave overnight. The mass becomes thick thanks to linseed and oatmeal.
Divide the mass into 4 equal parts.
With wet hands, form round balls, wrap in flour and place in a baking pan: flatten like round cookies.
Bake at 180 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
Store in an airtight container or bag so that it does not harden too much.
