Healthy biscuits with linseed (without eggs, with protein)

You can bake delicious, crispy cookies without eggs. Great snack between meals or with morning coffee. In addition, with very good nutritional value.

Whole egg white biscuits with protein

Ingredients
 60 g Whole oat flakes
 30 g Flax seeds (whole) can also be used here
 30 g Whey protein
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 5 g Baking powder
 100 g Water
 A pinch of salt
 Corn or rice flour (for wrapping)
Directions

Mix all ingredients and leave for ~ 5-6 hours. I leave overnight. The mass becomes thick thanks to linseed and oatmeal.

Divide the mass into 4 equal parts.

With wet hands, form round balls, wrap in flour and place in a baking pan: flatten like round cookies.

Bake at 180 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.

Store in an airtight container or bag so that it does not harden too much.
