Very low calorie vegetarian pizza. Great idea for a delicious dinner.
Cut the mushrooms with the onion and sauté in a pan.
Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt and set aside to melt.
Zucchini squeezes excess water, add eggs, cottage cheese flour.
Mix everything and put in a pan, smooth.
Put the lid on the pan and bake at very low temperature until the bottom is ready.
Carefully trim the pizza base with a flat spatula. Spread adjika on the baked surface.
Put fried mushrooms and grated cheese on top.
Put the lid on the pan and cook for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
