Vanilla Ricotta with berry cream

Ingredients for Ricotta milk vanilla cream
 1 Egg
 250 g Milk 2%
 250 g Fresh cheese “Ricotta Lago Maggior” 6%
 25 g Corn starch
 Vanillin
 Sweetener
Ingredients for cherry jelly
 150 g Cherries
 150 g Blackberries
 50 g Large blueberries
 40 g Potato starch
 300 g Water
 Sweetener
Preparation of milk vanilla cream "Ricotta"

Mix the milk with the egg, starch, sweetener and vanillin: whisk and heat until the dough thickens and bubbles. Put to cool.

Add ricotta to the cooled cream - stir. Cool.

Preparation for cherry jelly

Put the berries and half of the water in a saucepan.

The other half of the water is mixed with starch.

Add sweetener to the berries as needed, bring to a boil and stir in the starch mixed with water. Boil. Ready!

Put berry jelly and vanilla cream on top in a bowl.
