Chop the chicken fillet with the eggs in a food processor. Grate the cheese and zucchini. Chop the herbs.
Add the grated cheese and zucchini to the chicken fillet-egg mixture. Mix. Add the flour and baking powder.
Spoon the batter into a preheated, oiled waffle iron and bake the waffles. Or bake in a regular pan under a lid, at a very low temperature.
