Beat the eggs with the egg white and broccoli.
Chop the onion, and garlic, finely chop the tomato and add it all to the egg-broccoli mixture.
Drain the excess liquid from the tuna, mash it with a fork and add it to the egg-broccoli mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything.
Place the batter by a large spoonful in a preheated waffle pan and bake the waffles. Or bake them in a regular frying pan under a lid, at a very low temperature.
